Wilton Sport and Fitness prides itself on out highly effective conditioning program.
The exercises performed will create an ideal base for the body to perform at its best in not only sports, but your everyday life. The class is fun and demanding and will consist of multifarious and fascinating drills to improve the following qualities; speed, agility, endurance and cardiovascular capacity. We will use body weight, plyometrics and work with a partner weight. We will use verity of tools to build resilience, persistence, specific strength and overall physical shape. We will use a variety of coordination, reaction, speed and emulative drills that are thrilling and fun to do and will improve muscle response time tremendously.

In order to maintain high standards of child safety, everyone who participates in our After School Conditioning Program must complete a participant profile form and waiver. You can complete this form at our facility during drop-in. Children without proper paperwork will not be allowed to attend until all forms are submitted.
